Have been here for like 2 months.
So far Singapore stood well in cleanliness, efficiency, free shuttle buses to mall and main stations, but to my dismay, while back home we ahve the choice for free tv and paid tv for world cup, but here we are subjected to PPV (pay per view).

Well, if i really want, i can actually walk down to the pubs and watch, no mamaks like malaysia though.
Man, speaking of that really miss mamak ler.
Anyway , i just moved to another hotel today and i heard they are showing all the matched live till like 5am at the restaurant. But it is closed today for some private function. So let's see how tomorrow la.

haha...you want to know the reason why you have to pay for it? cos the malaysian television network scrambled the signals for the whole duration of the world cup. they figured since they have to pay to get the live telecast, why should spore get it for free...so dun blame the singaporeans :P

hey, i am sure whichever hotel u are staying, there is a tv set in ur room right? try chk if u get rtm channels or even indonesia channels on the tv...i am in spore now too..i am watching WC on RTM channels n Indonesia channels. U can even try watching online. hope u manage to catch the remaining games! adios
Anonymous: Hi! Thanks for dropping by. Yea, you are right, as in my following post, i found out that they are actually have a starhub channel! Been watching since the second round. It has since been a Euro semi-final rather than World Cup. Hope you got your dose of football too. ^^
